hi all. heres the story:
locked my profile and went to bed last night, woke up today, sat at pc and tried to log in and the system was frozen. mouse still moving but otherwise stuck. pressed the reset switch and all i got was a black screen. reset bios = black screen. Disconnected all external cables bar VGA = black screen. next boot up, on it comes...
no error message in windows, nothing. temps seem to be ok, overclock is stable. the weird thing is when the pc came back up it said it was midnight, may 29th 2006
this is odd as when the bios is cleared it should have reverted back to the date of manufacture...
any clues why this happened ? my pc doesnt usually crash.
