PC locking up.

Morning everyone, my PC has been pretty rock solid for quite awhile now however I did replace my EVGA 780ti classified to a Gigabyte Windforce 780ti (B Grade) not so long ago as it was only £200 from OCUK.

Heaven, Battlefield, CS:GO play relatively well no stuttering or anything however with Heroes of the Storm it's a stuttery mess (I know this is because of it being alpha as everyone I play with reports the same problems) However when playing HOTS now my PC will completely freeze and the audio will loop and I can't do anything apart from hard reset my PC by holding down the power button.

I'm suspecting the GPU however I was wondering what your thoughts were.

Does it freeze on the other games? if it doesnt that tells you the problem.

It doesn't however, no one else playing the game reports the same problem. I've been able to play it before for about 5-6 hours without crashes now I'm getting it in every game I play on HOTS.

Try a different gfx driver.

Some games do not run that good with factory OCed cards, as other games are running fine you can try to downclock the card by the power target and have a look if the issues still presist.... but a TitanX is a TitanX

Factory OC'd cards should work with all games without issues imo. That said, Heroes of the Storm is still in BETA and it is probably an issue with the game and not the graphics card.
