So here is a thread dedicated to the grumps and problems that you have to put up with at the moment with your system, could be anything from dodgy OS to dead components.

Here's mine: My Windows must have grown sentient, as it acts as if it hates me, from the random BSOD to dodgy logging on.

I also have my very generic HP monitor running with the horizontal line issue cause it's being run at a higher voltage/frequency than it can handle by my gpu.

Having to wiggle the USB connector sometimes for front panel.

Any of them I can't be bothered to fix...
 
My XP rig insists on listing files from z-a in the explorer window when I browse files in programs (insert file etc in word, indesign). Probably a simple reset, but I can't for the life of me find the damn reset setting
 
I'm pretty sure windows 7 replaced the shut down button with s sleep button in the start menu so I have to press windows flag, right, right enter instead of windows flag right enter. That drove me insane for reasons I can't quite fathom but I've moved on now.

Also, my font panel audio cables are never long enough to reach the connection on my motherboard.
 
Forgetting to close citrix receiver before playing a game then it dropping back to desktop (known receiver issue with full screen software) just before I go to score/kill.
