Pc making a funny noise :(

Really isn't my day after getting a new psu because of the old one going pop in two weeks, i'm now getting a really strange sound from inside my case. It started as I was playing Caspian BF3. Sounds like Crickets on speed

Seems to be coming from the cpu heatsink/Graphics card area

As i look at the ground in bf3 it almost stops, As soon as I look up it starts again.
