Im looking at doing some more time consuming modding then the usual cable sleaving and lights. Anyone have any advice on what I could use to paint the metal of the case and also rubber grommets for cable management purposes. Any other tips and tricks would be nice for any sort of mod, case or cables.

Thanks :D

For paint you need to see THIS shop they do the best paints ever and there in can's.

As for custom advice what case do your have to start with?

Im starting with an old case frame. There's nothing on it yet but flat sheet metal, hence the paint and rubber grommets and such. I was looking at powder coating but its pretty steep to get it prof done and a pain in the arse to do yourself. I'm going to experiment a little on another case i have knocking about which can be cut and destroyed as i please.

want to put a good primer on it first and a good laqure, shouldn't scratch too easily then:) these are car paints so are pritty scratch resistant;)
