PC Monitor Needs Help!!!

Hello Guys,

I need you're help, my PC monitor for some reason is only displaying half a screen the other half is all greyed out sometimes black, if I move the mouse over to the "dark side" it takes the same ammount of time to come back again so I know the desktop is there, I've tried reinstalling the graphics drivers this does not solve the issue, IT's also does this in the Bios, I would post a picture up for you all to see but I cannot figure out how to post pictures up yet..

Also if I unplug the monitor for 10minutes or so then plug it back in the picture is as normal then after a few minutes you can see the picture starting to distort again.

Please help. I dont want to have to buy a new monitor

Do you have another moniter / tv that would take a pc input to try?

I've got a TV with the with a PC input but I do not have the correct cable to fit, Also my Monitor is a 3D monitor could it be anything to do with that?

take a pic w/ Prt Scr key and paste onto microsoft paint.

then upload using tinypic or directupload

Silly question here, but I'm running in SLI does the screen take half a picture from each card to make a whole picture???

Update.

For some reason the the picture has slowly come back and look normal again no odd lines, I'll keep an eye on it,

I have also tested both the graphics card seperatly and it done it with both so I cant see it being the SLI config?
