How many of you spend money on your computers each month?

After years of using laptops I decided to build myself a new PC - that was 3 months ago and each subsequent month I've 'added' to it...with no end in sight.

I'm already looking at more kit for it for this coming pay day... the wife is getting annoyed!!!

I've got the bug - but am I alone?!?!

These days maybe one or twice a year but I may well have a spending spree if a new ROG board comes along.

Used to buy new bits for the main rig every couple of months. I don't have the time, money or inclination now I've got two small kids though. I'm thinking seriously about selling the desktop and buying a decent laptop.

Edited to ruin Magnolia's joke :p

Zero.
Haven't bought anything remotely PC-related since my laptop 4 years ago..
Oh wait no, I bought a WD Elements.

Spending has gone down overt he last 4 years, merely because software isn't as demanding as it once was. I was thinking of a new case and watercooling but tbh, i'm wondering if it's really worth it. There's not much really coming out.

PC's are like homes you spend **** loads of money getting them to the point where your comfortable living with it, and only do the stuff that's needed when it arises lol

Had to buy a new PSU, motherboard, SSD and CPU this year due to failure. The year before I purchased a wifi card and an additional hard drive.

There isn't really a need for regular upgrades at the moment. My 5870 is serving me well, and the SSD means things are still very quick.

Just upgraded to Haswell recently and also invested in new mouse and mechanical keyboard. Probably won't upgrade anything now for a while. Happy with performance and 1440p screen so no real need.

...next job my home cinema.
