thanks mate, looks like a good spec, does the CPU come with a cooler though?

The CPU is retails so does come with a cooler, the stock cooler is actually pretty decent, with a good motherboard and similar Ram to the above speeds of 3ghz and up are quite achievable from overclocking.

I doubt that motherboard will overclock much, but you shouldn't need to. Also I would go with a samsung hard drives for quietness and speed. But otherwise it looks good.

Very true, I was simply trying to illustrate that the cooler was decent rather than suggesting those speeds were likely to be achievable on an mATX motherboard although they may be.
