PC Needs to 'Warmup'

It seems that recently my PC needs to 'warmup' to be able to boot. It stalls on the "PCI Device Listing..." black screen (screen prior to Windows Boot), and will only eventually boot up when I restart 1/2 mins later. Restarting my PC is fine and it goes straight into boot.

Asus A8N-E
AMD X2 3800+
Corsair 2GB XMS3500
GF7800 GTX
Hiper 580W

Any ideas!?

Used to get that too mishma, but now it occurs even when all hard drives are detected (as you can see on the screen it stalls on). I thought it sounded like a PSU problem, but then I thought the Hiper would be decent enough for it not to be . I dont think I have a spare PSU over 250W either which'll probably cause problems of its own

If you've got the exact same board as me James, it should be 939, so just whack one in. Mine (3800+) costs about £50 now, which is a bit depressing seeing as I paid £229 .

My HDD's only 3 months old, and it'd be a pain in the *** to backup 500GB for an RMA. Plus I've got another 2 HDD's and I'm guessing it could be one of those too. Guess I'll just have to put up with it for now!
