PC not BOOTING plz HELP.

Hi. I have a problem with booting my new PC. After start the yellow LED on the motherboard. Propably i need UPDATE BIOS. Somebody can help me? How to do this??
My motherboard is: Asus TUF Gaming Z690 Plus D4 and CPU i5 13600KF. I heard that this motherboard is for 12th generation CPU and if I need 13 generation i need to update. Please help

If that's the problem, then your board doesn't have flashback, sorry buddy

Was it old stock, do you know? Is there are any "ready for 13th gen" or other mention of 13th gen, on the box?

Have you checked the RAM is in the right slots and you're waiting several minutes for boot?

It's orth confirming that a yellow LED definitely means a BIOS update is required

Have you tried removing and reseating the RAM

Try 1 stick of ram. If it boots, shutdown add another and keep going.

Check manual for configurations.

Agreed. Check the individual ram Ist to make sure they are not the issue

There is a way to update the bios via ezflash, But because you dont even get a picture or boot, there is no real way to update, what you'll have to do is buy a second hand 12th gen i3, and then update the bios, when thats done you can use the 13600k you have, insure your ram is in slots 2 and 4 and NOT 1 and 3.

This is one of the main reasons i dont use intel, keep changing sockts and compatibility is a pain between generations, if you get it working intel is a good option.
