Hi
I bought a new graphics card as my old one 980 wasn't working properly and pc was blue screening sometimes I bought a 970 and it's been running like a dream.. however
I was gaming and listening to a TV programme the pc froze randomly and now I get this when trying to boot up

Pri master hard disk:s.m.a.r.t. command failed?

Pri master capable but command failed
Pri slave capable and status ok

Press f1 to resume and it just isn't booting up ?

Not sure how to post pic as I'm on my phone

Any advice would be massively appreciated

It sounds like your hard drive has got some errors picked up by the S.M.A.R.T checks, possibly failed or on the verge of failure? Have you got another hard drive to test with? What I would normally do is unplug my boot drive from the PC, put a new hard drive in and install windows / linux and then plug the other drive back in and backup anything important if possible, but chances are it's already too late. If the data on the drive is important it's best to not use it at all at this stage and send it to professionals for recovery, the more you try to use it now, the more damage you will do and the less likely you will be able to recover anything from it.
