PC not booting up

Hi need some help had my pc only 1 month everything been fine until today tried turning it on, fans span up but nothing on the monitor then about 10seconds into it it turns itself off, no lights on keyboard or mouse either what should I check first ?

have you moved the computer? could any cables (or cpu cooler, or graphics card) have been dislodged?

I would first try pushing everything (every cable and card, internally and externally) back into position.
