PC Not booting

SPec
Giga 790 xta mobo AM3
X2 555 BE cpu
4gb DDR 1600
600W PSu

Pc working fine then now will not boot. Fans all spin up ie case fans cpu fan and gfx but not booting. CPU fan starts then seems to slow down then stop then restart.

Any ideas where to start. I dont have another cpu mobo to try but PSU and memory are ok in my other system

No onboard but have tried another gfx
Inside case as it has been since it was built over 3years ago

Suspect mobo is at fault

Out of warranty so looks like I need a new mobo

Oh well maybe I'll just upgrade instead

once thing i would try is taking hdd and see if any think happens then i lost one my hdd with this weather through overheating

Tried it with 1 or all hdds etc
Tried new cooler diff psu diff memory and diff gfx
Dont have a spare cpu or mobo to try

Computer also does not beep when no memory etc present

Try a cmos reset (remove the battery).

What make of PSU?

Psu is ocz modxtream also tried corsair hx Psu
