PC not powering up

Left my Computer on hibernate last night and when i switched it on this morning nothing happened. Looked round and noticed the television was off but room's the light was on. Looked at the consumer unit and one have the trips had gone.

Tried flipping it back but it kept tripping, so went back and switched the computer off on the wall and reset the trip which worked, so its definitely the PC

Anyway i tried replacing the 13A fuse but this has not worked and I suspect something more expensive has gone. No fans are turning and the motherboard light is out.

Could it be shorting? the cabling isn't exactly tidy in there or is it more likely that somethings just gone

My PSU was a Corsair TX620 which I have had for 3-4 years and I thought was a good brand.

Small Update:I have removed the PSU and there is something inside rattling about. That only tells me the PSU failed I hope it did not spread any damage any further

Finally got around to RMA'ing my defunct PSU and have received my RMA number from Corsair. Following investigation into the postage cost of sending it to Corsair in the Netherlands it could cost me £30-40 not to mention a probable 2 week wait Corsair will only pay for shipping to them if you are RMA'ing a replacement and it would probably be less hassle to just buy a new one.

There is some suggestion that the supplier i.e overclockers may be able to assist me but its 4 years into its 5 year warranty and well outside the 28 days that overclockers seem to specify

Any comments from people who have RMA'd PSU would be helpful
