PC not powering up

Since my pc arrived 2 weeks ago it has been working fine. Today it won't turn on. When I press the power switch lights on the motherboard flash and then go out and the pc does not start up at all. I can hear a noise coming from the motherboard (maybe the water cooling) but no fans come on and there are no lights visible on the motherboard. I have tried a different power cable and connecting it to different wall sockets but same result.

Maybe a dead mobo?

Have you tried another PSU? Also worth trying it outside of the case just incase it's shorting

I bought the pc already put together by OCUK so I don't want to mess about with it. I guess I will just contact customer support thanks.
