After having the whole house electrics trip out I have reset the breaker and everything seems fine except it seems my pc will not power up, it was on at the time when the electric tripped. But I was not using it at the time it was just idling, everything else in the house seems to be working fine. On closer inspection the motherboard power light is flashing along with the light on the antec water cooler and the two led's on the gpu.
I've tried disconnections the power and leaving it switched off but the same happens when I plug it all back in. There is no attempt in the fans to spin up and no other noise hdd etc when I attempt to power up. The mobo is a gigabyte z87x-oc and the power supply a corsair hx650w, I tried unplugging all the cables other than just the mobo 24pin with no change.
I'm not sure what to do next
