ok i have sorted the problems heres what i did.
go to System Properties, then go to Device Manager, and find the APCI Proccesser or whatever its called on your computer, uninstall the device then it will ask you to restart your computer click ok then go into the bios to advanced chipset features then to cpu config, in there there is an option to enable the cpu cores looks like this cpu core 0
cpu core 1
cpu core 2
cpu core 3
only 2 of them will be enabled, enable the other 2, save changes and restart, when windows loads up it will install the drivers again to use all cores.
