Hi I was wondering if anyone had problems when closing there pc down we windows 7 it not closing down proper

This has only just started happening recently and i not installed any new hardware or software recently either well apart from new version of ea manager but i dont always have that running and it still does it

Whats happening is when i shut down it goes onto the closing down screen and stays there we the blue circle spinning for about 5 mins or more then reboots and i get an error message saying windows did not close down proper

And sometimes when it does close down i get past the screen and onto a blank screen like it should be when shut down and system stays on.

The only thing i have discovered is because i have a g19 keyboard when that switchs off that indicates to me that windows has shut down this is in both above situations then i can press power button on my pc to shut down, and when i reboot i have no errors but i dont think this will be good in long term

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
