pc not turning on ???

Came home to find my red 6 pin pcie had come. Turned on my pc was working fine. Turned it off and swapped the orange for the red graphics card pcie over plugged it all back in pushed the power button and nothing just a clicking noise once when you push the power button. My mobo is the asus maximus iv the lights on the board are on I pushed the start button on the board and nothing any ideas ? Please

Can you explain better what you changed? Was it just some braided cables?

Make sure its all in correctly. 8pin CPU power, (2) PCIe graphics power, motherboard power etc...
