Hello i've been thinking about building a gaming pc but with the next gen consoles coming out i'm worried it would become obsolete.
Now i know a top end pc will always outperform a console but how much would i need to spend to rival a ps4?
How often would a pc need upgrading over time to keep up?
I was not that impressed with the quality of my ps3, it only lasted 4 years and both my controllers wore out. Since it broke outside the warranty i fixed it myself, which extended it's life a few more weeks before it finally gave up. So i had buy a second ps3 and i'm yet a to have a pc fail.
I also don't like how you are going to have to pay to play online on the ps4 i have heard it will be £50 a year which would rack up over the years.
