PC Overheating help needed!

Basically, my PC is getting too hot and from my own knowledge it's quite random! First I noticed that the CPU was getting very hot (80c idle) so I bought some new thermal paste and now it idles at 55C (still high but much better than it was). I just checked my graphics card and that was running at 110C at full load  Then I touched my memory and its burning hot!

My PC used to be really cool I don't know whats suddenly happened? I have an Akasa orange 120mm (sorry forgot name...) extracting air, VF900 on my graphics card, Artic Freezer 7 on my CPU, and GeIL ultra low latency (should have good heatsink?).

So what could I do to reduce these temperatures? My games are crashing due to the heat :( I mean I may have touched something without realising but the thing that confuses me is that it always used to be cool and the room hasnt changed (I know the weather has but surely that wouldnt cause major overheating?). Everything is also running at stock. I cleaned the dust off my graphics card and made sure my fan is fully secure.

Any input appreciated :)

Edit: Now my graphics card is running at 110C idle and it isnt going down  It seems like the fan is spinning too...
And heres a picture if thats any help.. (although i dont think it's the layout as it always used to be perfectly fine) http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/8403/dsc00693qq6.jpg

If you can, would be worthwhile getting an intake fan of some desciption, what case have you got?

Edit: Cable tidying dude!

As suggested and intake is crucial in lowering your temps - I would also consider changing the Akasa amber fan for something a little more substantial as although its a very quiet fan it dosn't move much air.

Might just be the picture but it looks very dusty in there?

Does that CPU fan turn around? I would have thought it would make more sense to have it facing the exhaust fan so the heat goes straight out...?

Where would I fit the intake fan? What fan would you recommend? The case I have is an Akasa eclipse 62.

Would tidying my cables reduce temps much?

It's not too dust just the bottom bit because its such a pain to clean but all the components are clean (well, got rid of the dust very recently).

I'll turn the fan around to see if that helps :)

Tidying cables would improve your air flow a lot.

Intake fans normally go at the front and side. Front bottom is a pretty standard location.

Ah didnt mention already have another Akasa amber there. Blowing inwards :)

Hmm ok well then I would suggest maybe some better fans overall, and also tidy your cables, they impede airflow like mad, use cable ties at least to get them all together, if you can try to tuck power cables etc... behind the motherboard tray

Ok well I fixed my graphics card temperature, the fan wasn't even spinning! That would explain the high temps!

And checking my CPU Fan it seems the legs have been broken (while trying to move it, one snapped and the rest just bend making it impossible to push in).

So it looks like I'm in need of a new CPU cooler, what would you all recommend? Do they all use the clips like the Artic Freezer to get it attached?

Cheers
