I am going to build my first pc and I want to know if the parts I have picked out are good and work with each other
Ryzen 7 5800xt used
Powercolor fighter 6750xt 12gb used
Msi b550m pro vdh wifi
Team group elite 32gb 16x2
Crucial p310 1tb
Razer hanbo chroma Amazon
Aerocool mirage 850w
Dark flash db330m black

My budget is around 700 to 750 but I live in Costa Rica so getting higher end parts for my build is difficult.

That should all be fine, just make sure that ram your getting is DDR4 (ideally you want the speed to be around 3200 to 3600 to get the best out of Zen 3)

Looks good, I can't comment on price as I don't know about your local prices and availability.

You've an MATX motherboard and MATX case.
Case supports your 240mm radiator
Make sure your SSD is in slot M2_1 (top slot) so you get PCIE 4.0 speeds
Your GPU is 230mm long and the case supports 305mm
Your PSU is 850W, more than enough for the specs.

As mentioned you'll want the RAM to be DDR4 3200MT/s or above and put it in slots A2 & B2

yes the parts are a nice combination, enjoy your new PC! :)

one thing i would add is that you may be able to find a cheaper cooler than the razer hanbo, so that's one area you can save money on

the other thing is that you may find a 5700x cheaper and easier to get, and the performance difference between the 5700x and the 5800xt isn't much - also the 5700x is a 65w tdp part vs the 105w tdp of the 5800xt, so you could even potentially get a cheaper cooler by using the 5700x
