PC picking up sound but no output

Just plugged my headphones in but there is no sound coming from them. The PC is recognizing there is sound yet there is none. It's assigned to the right device, nothing is muted and also done a restart. It usually works fine so I'm a little confused. Any ideas?

edit: It also realises that the jack is being plugged in and out.
