My Tagan PSU has given up the ghost to the point it no longer fires up.

So i need recommendations for a new one.

The old psu was a 1100 watt version but as i no longer run multiple nvidia cards OC to the limit i should not need as high as that.


My system currently contains

AMD X6 1090T Processor
4 Gig DDR 2 Ram
AMD 5070 1 Gig video card
3 hdds
8x120mm fans
1 swiftech D4 pump

i will be looking at upgrading the video card to either a 7950/7970 so the PSU mus be able to run 1 of these.

My budget is not extensive however i do not want the cheap and nastys.

With that option it gives me a price of approx £96 inc delivery charge :(

looks like i will have to see whats availeable from the MM
as i want to get my main system re running asap.
