Had a problem today this is the second time it has happened this week, i will be installing something and the Pc will just power off. It doesnt restart just powers down then needs a cold boot. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Is it everytime you install something or could it be thats just happend to be when it powered down?

if its when you install something it could be your hard drive is on its way out and when you start shuving a load of new files on there it dies, Could also be your PSU though.

Cheers for the reply it . was just some wierd random shutdown like the power had been disconnected. When i was installing something Hard drive is a week old !!!

'could' be a dodgy processor, have you tried running any benchmarking software, try and get hold of some and make the processor sweat a little...

No, thats very cool for a CPU temp.

I had this problem once. The plug was falling out at the mains lol

Psu seems like a budget jobby? Tbh I wouldn't trust (see what I did there ;) ) my hardware on a £19 psu.
Is your overclock stable is the first question? Ran orthos for 8-12 hours fine?
But for me the PSU seems liek the weak link.

ok i get it now :)

didn't pay attention to the brand of psu, just saw it was some pos brand i'd never heard of

very funny :D lol
