PC powers up then down again on boot up??

The pc boots up fine and seems stable, only thing is since i've been overclocking it seems to power up for a second and then goes off and then comes back on and boots up into windows (this is on a cold boot). Is there any reason for this? My spec is the q9550 one in my spec. Any help on this will be much appreciated :)
 
Cheers for the response and yep its pretty annoying. I'll have a look at the power settings n voltages, etc. Bound to be something on auto messing things up :/ If anyone knows though or has any ideas please say :p
