Confused"can anyone help me i just build a pc 4 my wife insalled the hardware and then windows xp and then i shut down the pc and switch off at back of the pc clear cmos because winxp didn't recognise thing in any 6 usb ports I turn the power back on and this the weird thing the PSU the cpu fan and case fan all powered up with out me toching the power or reset buttons
SO with just the ATX power supply and the ATX 12V power supply leads connected to the board from the PSU and plug 240 power lead into back of the case Turn the switch on and the PSU 'CPU FAN and case fan power up with no other connection plug in and i know it not supposed to that is it. I Tried again this morning same thing as my m/board or cpu had it
