PC is booting fine but after windows loads I can't do anything. When I move the cursor over the start button it turns into an hourglass and when I left click desktop icons nothing happens, no highlight or anything.
There was an error stating that oogle desktop and toolbar had errored so I started in safe mode and deleted them but it's still the same but without the error message.
PC is one of those new Sony widescreen all-in-one things (like a big, unportable laptop ...) and no it isn't mine.
