PC problems

Just wondering whether you good people here on ocuk can help me out with a quite annoying and frustrating problem I'm having...

1. Text boxes such as this one I'm typing in now won't stay selected, the field will have to be reselected to carry on typing. The problem happens after a short period of time typing, the time it takes to deselect the field does vary though between 3 and 10 or so seconds.

2. On sites such as You Tube or similar, when in full screen mode after a few seconds the screen mode will randomly reduce its size back down to standard size.

3. Games in steam will randomly crash and minimise back down to desktop like I have alt tabbed. Yet I haven't done a thing. Obviously causing real problems in online clan wars.

I have done scans with Spybot + SpyHunter everything should be cleaned out.

Can anyone shed some light into what SolutionClass.pws is? As this was an irremovable item on a Spybot scan.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi dude,

Give this a try;

1. Run Adaware. Clean out all infected files.
2. Run Spybot. It diagnoses some things that adaware doesnt. Clean out those files.
3. Next run REGEDIT in start menu.
4. Now search for a registry entry called "altjabber"
5. If its in there Delete it. and reboot.

1. Download Tweak UI from Microsoft. Scroll down the page and look for it on the right-hand side.

2. Click on Focus.

3. On the right, check the Prevent applications from stealing focus checkbox and then click the OK button.

4. From this point forward, Outlook/programs should no longer steal the focus from the window that you're currently working in.

Hi Griffin,

Nope no luck mate just tried that.

I removed the altjabber and also made sure that the focus checkbox was checked.

Still the same problem.

process: SR431qh0.exe is causing it. problem is now trying to find out whats causing that process to be started
