pc problems :)

Need help with diagnosing my pc problems, basically when you turn it on it doesnt always post, when it doesnt post none of the lights for power on the front of case work. If it does boot up its fine no blue screens or anything im thinking its my mobo but need other opinions to be sure

its a e8200, p5n-e sli with a 4870 its not new mobo etc are probably a few years old now, and yep it used to run fine and just started doing it

reseated everything etc still not fixed and spyware checks pointless if the pc doesnt even post half the time!

but like i said if i keep turning it on and off it will post eventually :/

got a OCZ 600W StealthXStream Power Supply and yep iv tried running it as a bare machine but it still does it
