Hey all,

I have recently been having some problems with my pc, more so the start-up of my pc.

Was getting no post on Saturday, opened it up and reseated the GPU, the pc did start up, briefly. Got to the desktop and the screen starts flickering, a few minutes later the pc freezes, try to reboot it and doesn't boot.

Spent a while checking that everything was connected properly, turned it on without placing the tower up right(by accident) and it worked perfectly.

When it had loaded to desktop I proceeded in turning the tower up-right and when I did, the screen flickers and then crashes.

Restart, no post. Restart on its side and it works perfect.

Any ideas as to the problem?

Sounds abit like something is hanging lose when you tilt it tthe correct way up and when it is sitting the wrong way it is fine.
Make sure the little connector for the GPU is on properly, the clip thing (dont know the technical term for it :D)

Alright, gone back and made sure everything was correctly inserted; managed to get it to boot up right. When playing games it has gone back to flickering (which is was doing before this problem) :(
