Pc Probs PLz Help

Ok guys im not sure what this problem is, i play a game called (call of duty 2 & World of Warcraft) and cod2 i was getting an average fps of 125 at regualr periods, and as for world of warcraft was also getting a regular 60fps which is quiet normal, but the past 10days or so ive been getting really worrying fps readings for both games, i get an fps around 60 for cod2 now and for world or warcraft a fps aslow as 8fps and i cant understand why, ive tried running a spyware and viris scan but all was ok, so i decided to open system up and give it a good clean including graphics card, then put eveythink back together and tried both games but still poor fps, ive since updated the drivers but again with no look so here i am posting for your help, does anyone know what the problem could be, the system i have is listed in my signature i hope you can help me as i dont knwo what else to do. :confused:

Ps Just tried a 3dmark 06 and the score i get is shockingly low at 1743

is everything running stock?

sounds like prob with your driver installation try completly removing them again and installing them again and run a defrag

i would run memtest and hd tune just for a check

All was fine dont like messing with computers not knowing anythink about them, but upto like i say about 10days ago and now, soemthink is majorly wrong, 3dmark score is poor and i seem to struggle with games, some1 mentions use sisoftware pro home but dont understand none of what it says, so i need as much help as possible, plus drivers were all ok ive only deleted the old and installed the new recently due to this problem but no change.

OK i really dont have a clue whats wrong with my system, ive took the side off the tower to clean inside but wasnt much to clean, then took graph card out and took fan off to see if there was still paste looked fine but put new on anyway and put it back together and installed back into machine, looked at ram but all seems fine both in green ports, didnt take cpu out as run out of paste but cleaned the fan etc, some1 mentioned my psu but thats not that old and seems to be working fine, so now im totaly lost i dont have a clue what to do, i treid world of warcraft last night, and found if im standing still i get my normal 60fps, but when i move around etc thats when the fps as a fit and goes as low as 5fps, its as if my machine cant handle itself when like underpressure, which is wierd as it was fine 2wks ago, so again i need your help peeps.

the most simple thing would be the hdd... my pc went to crap when i had a hdd starting to fail.. the only way you will find out what it is is take it to a pc shop or test the components seperatly like hdtune and memtest ect
