Hello all
Hoping you can help.

Last month i basically built a new pc, with new mobo, cpu, memory and ram(all parts from overclockers). I kept the old power supply, case and gpu. My pc will randomly restart almost as if the power has been cut, no blue screens, no audio warnings nothing. I also get no message once back on. It can happen within a minute or after an hour. It happens when browsing chrome, playing games or just playing music, load doesnt seem to affect it. Can anyone shed some light? i'll list the exact parts i bought last month aswell as everything i've tried but its at the point now where i think its a faulty mobo? Thank you for any help.

New parts:
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Patriot Viper VPN100 M.2 2280 PCIe 1TB
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB (32GB was for star citizen please dont mock haha)

Old parts:
GTX 780TI
Corsair cx750m power supply

This is what i've tried
1 - Windows valdiation check, corupt files found and fixed
2 - All drivers double checked and updated
3 - Ram set back to default 2600
4 - Ram run one stick at a time and swapped in slots
5 - Mem test run and no ram issues found
6 - GPU unplugged and replugged (had this affect a friends pc in the past)
7 - Borrow an unused 850w power supply and run with that
8 - Purchased an after market air cooler and installed
9 - Full parts remove and reseat
10 - crying... well felt like it

Any help would be amazing.

Thank you in advance

Nothing is overclocked, everythings stock, i think the ram is 2600mhz when not using xmp, could be wrong but what ever speed i use it's to no effect. I've done the battery removal but not the CLRMOS short so i'll try that. If not i'll do a fresh install

Joxeon - I'm updated to 3.5 and still have the issues :(

So ive just done a full windows re-install with a full format of my storage via the bios and i still have the random crashes. I think i best contact overclockers and see what they can do as it has to be faulty hardware, but no idea which.

I've looked in event viewer and all i find is "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." or "The previous system shutdown at 19:44:41 on ‎19/‎02/‎2020 was unexpected."

All cables are properly seated and i've even tested with another power supply, so maybe theres a fault on the mobo with one of the connectors?

My temps are fine, i upgraded the cooler as i first thought this could be an issue, as for voltages i havn't adjusted anything on bios settings so they should be bog standard.

Do you get any messages in event viewer?

I believe you can disable auto restart in system properties so you get an event log.

Also, ensure all cables are properly seated.

What are your temps like and are the voltages set correctly?

Could you try booting up in safe mode and see if the pc is stable? If it is I would install software seperatly one at a time until the fault returns - if that's the issue obviously.
