PC randomly restarting

DISCLAIMER WALL OF TEXT, I'M SORRY I WANTED TO BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE.

I have had my PC about 5-6 months now, ordered from site(not this one another with no forum that's why I am posting here) with some minor changes to the specs, AND THIS IS WHERE I MESS UP, I did not get warranty so am unable to send back ect.(I know, this was my mistake I understand, I'm human I make mistakes). Anyway, it has been doing this for about 4 months, recently become frequent(I type this up as today it restarted 2 times during a game and once while idle at desktop....).

PC specs as follow:

CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2ghz turbo 3.6ghz core 12 thread
PSU- Corsair CX650 650w(I think is bronze, due to frustration have ordered a 750w gold plus arriving next week, thinking my psu is the issue idk)
GPU- Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6gb
RAM- 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400mhz
Hard Drive- Seagate Barracuda 1tb hard drive 7200rpm 64mb cache
Motherboard- Asus Prime b350-plus
OS- Windows 10 Home

(Nothing is overclocked) I have MSI afterburner and AI suite 3(came installed on PC not MSI) and temps generally look fine(I think), also, I'm not completely PC savvy so I don't know what I'm looking at/understand in these programs. I try and monitor while playing games but sometimes forget, idle temps GPU- 31c CPU- 30c(again not sure during gaming but I think iirc last time I did look GPU- 80-90c CPU- unsure).

I mostly play Titanfall 2 and H1z1 with not much else installed on PC, steam, discord, Spotify, really not much on my PC.

Now when it does freeze/restart 1 of 2 things will happen. For example, about an hour ago sitting idle at desktop, pc restarts. Monitor, keyboard and mouse turn off(lights) and fans still run in PC. That's 1 thing, the second is pc will just freeze, example, playing h1z1, game will freeze, monitor stays on but screen is frozen, mouse and keyboard lights stay on but cannot move mouse cursor or even alt-tab, I can't even ctrl+alt+del for task manager, I can't even alt+f4, I MUST hit the restart button on PC case and manually restart PC, also a loud static noise coming through headset. Again, 1 of the 2 examples can happen either during gameplay or idle, but this mostly happens while playing games.
Any help would be appreciated, it is becoming INCREASINGLY FRUSTRATING, happening at least 2-3 times daily now

Yes, was all built and tested then they sent it off, in order to get the warranty I had to send a pic with their supplied sticker in a certain position on the back of the pc, with excitement of having a pc(after not having one for 5+ years) and getting back into gaming I forgot, or left it, my mistake.

Just trying to get a rough idea(I understand it's hard to pinpoint the issue, especially over forums) of what is causing the restarts, as said its becoming more frequent and my fuse is getting shorter and shorter, at this point I haven't even played on the pc for over 48 hours, just searching trying to find help, because at this point I know at some stage during gameplay it will restart.

have you tried a cmos reset at all ?

parts should have a warranty no matter what, you shouldnt need to send photo's in.

it could be anything from psu, mobo, ram, graphics card or cpu

do you have any screen shots at all ? are you running latest bios and amd driver ? is ram speedset to your ram and reading okay ?
is it overclocked at all and if so are you running a stock cooler ?

if you press the windows key and type in event viewer, click to load event viewer then look in custom views-> administrative events.

You should a bunch of red ! Error msg and a date/time. Try to line up the times of the crash and see what it says.

For example it might say something about Driver/kernel, then you might have a clue if it is driver/windows related.

I have looked and I do see a lot of red ! and some red "X", some of the "!" error says kernel-PnP(also says for some yellow triangle warning symbols), the red "X" named critical shows kernel-power.

Literally 30 min ago approx., I was watching show on amazon prime, watched 2 episodes fine, halfway through watching third episode, monitor freezes, buzzing sound from pc/monitor(prob pc) sounded like a pop, then goes blue screen and says ":( your pc ran into a problem and has to restart", has done that once before about a month ago or so(assuming this is blue screen of death?), and then pc turns off, all lights, approx. 2-3 seconds later tries to start up, 2-3 seconds later turns off again, all lights, this repeats about 3 times, then brings to a part where shows what pc is ect and says overclocking failed(nothing has been overclocked, I specified not to have overclocking when pc was being built), press f1 to re-configure(I think it said) did it, took me into bios, I just saved and continued(I do not know what I am doing in bios).

edit: where it says kernel-pnp it states this: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{d89175b9-76da-11e7-9b58-88d7f67dfed6}#0000000000100000.

kernel-power it states this: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Update, officially ****** now, wont go past bios, press f1 to bring bios, click save and reset, reboots, reboots, wont go past bios, reboot reboot repeating process.

Thanks for any help now waiting until monday to take to pc shop
