PC Recommendation?

Could someone perhaps give me some advice on a PC (case + innards, no peripherals) i'm looking to buy?

Criteria is as follows:

- Used by 2 active users
- Playing todays and perhaps next years games on high quality without any problems (1280*1024)
- Must be quiet! But not silent
- Other work will be mainly web browsing, documentation and photo viewing
- No overclocking needs
- Willing to build it oneself if theres a noticable price incentive

that is completely fine... however id recommend to overclock processors, people might recommend you the Q9XXX or Q6600 or E8400/E8500 but without overclocking they all are not as good... considering you can overclock them a hell of a lot theres like a 30% -50% performance gain just sitting there.

Mabye change the case to something that you really like, everything here matches what youve said fine, considering thats the 2nd best GPU available at the moment
