Hi,

I want to be able to capture the video/audio from video conf. outside of the client itself (Zoom/Teams/Webex etc.) any recommendations?

Could use shadowplay if you've got an Nvidia GPU, would hope that you tell people you'll be recording the conference call before you do mind.
 
if you are using windows you can use "windows + G" to record anything

i have recorded webinars, zoom/team meetings. but make sure you set up a profile to make all the notifications silent during the recording as the notification will disrupt the recording.
