Cant figure out why my PC isnt work 
Problem is it refuses to even POST once I turn it on. All fans are spinning, theres very little disk activity and the screen doesnt display anything. I checked the gfx card by using another and got the same problem. Tried reseating everything and check connectors also without any luck. It isnt the PSU I think as the all fan spins and HD are active when I press the on button.
What would stop a PC from POSTing and booting? As the lack of disk activity shows its not even trying to boot into windows and usually when my keyboard and mouse lights up as soon as I turn the PC on which its not doing anymore.
So now I am thinking it might be the motherboard which would mean I would probably need to buy a whole new system! Any ideas of what else I could try?
