I'll try and give you as much detail on this as possible.

Build myself a nice sff rig a couple of years ago which ran faultlessly from day one but started playing up the other day. The problem is after a startup from off the computer will be fine for about an hour then windows would start playing up. Program's would start getting unresponsive, not responding until you would finally get explorer errors and be left with just your wallpaper, no icons, etc then it would blue screen to computer has been shut down to protect it etc. while doing this the hdd light would stay on constantly. A soft reset and the hdd light would still stay on then after bios screen it would come up with bootmgr error. Hard reset would fix all the problems for another hour then same problems would start again.
Initially thought windows or hdd error. So comp could do with a clean out so reinstalled windows and tried again. No drivers, or anything whatsoever installed just a vanilla copy of windows and it still did same. Tried disconnecting hdd's and booting in mini windows xp from hirens boot cd, same problem.
Removed gfx card, dvdr, hdd's, so all I'm running is psu, mobo, CPU and ram. Ran memtest from hirens all day and night, no errors. Same with hdd tests. Connect only hdd, resets itself after an hour and get unbootable device error. Connect only dvdr, resets after an hour back to boot cd menu. Even tried running prime95 in windows and its fine until after an hour, then resets as usual.
CPU runs a massive passive cooler so even tried running with case open and a large fan on top of the cooler but still same results. If left just sitting in the bios, it will happily sit there for hours on end. Nothing is overclocked, just stock speeds.
Does anyone have any idea what's causing it?? I don't have access to another mobo, CPU, etc to swap bits out.

Spec is in sig.

Thanks for any insight offered

Both sticks tested separately and still resets.

Wazza, don't think it's the M4 cause I took all the hdd's out and booted from Hirens boot cd and still did the same.

Motherboard, CPU or psu are the only constants it keeps failing with. Can any of them cause this sort of problem.

Another thing, if it does reset and fails and I do a hard reset straight away, its perfect again for another hour or so.

If I let it sit in the bios it's rock solid, will sit there all night.

Voltages from bios ATM

CPU 1.120v
3.3v -3.360v
5v - 5.000v
12v - 12.288v
DRAM - 1.500v
VCCIO - 1.050v
CPU PLL - 1.800v
PCH - 1.00v

Bios temps look fine, nothing of much use in the event viewer :-(
Trying to get a loan of a psu to test

Borrowed a friends pc that the psu has died in. Gonna try my psu and hdd in that and see what happens

Thanks for the help guys, think I've found the problem.
Tried my psu in the other pc and same happens, resets itself after an hour or so.

Any recommendations on a new psu? Seasonic x-series 660w is the one that died on me, and a corsair psu in the other pc.
Thinking Enermax, never used to have any bother with them
