Hi,
I was browsing when my pc reset for no reason. Now if I try to run device manager, computer management and others i am greeted with this message.
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"
Now i have tried running systems scans with norton,hitman pro and defender but they all come up clean. I also tried most of the solutions i saw on the web but some i cannot because it will not let me load mmc.
I also tried a ott windows reinstall but the problem is still present. Also i tried windows health scan but that did not find any issues.
