PC restarting when Gaming!!!

Hi ,

I am currently having problems with a few games at the moment with the pc restarting after a bout 10-15 mins of gaming. Notably the steam games like DOD S and Cod2 as well crash after a while, I dont think temperature is a issue as everything is running stock.

Heres my spec

X2 3800+ at stock with stock heatsink No more than 50C at load usually.
4 X 512mb Geil ultra - X Bh5 at 2-2-2-5 2t at 200mhz ( This might be a problem)
MSI Neo2 Plat BIOS 1.B
Gigabyte X800 pro Vivo (16 pipes) stock settings with artic cooler. (went straight to it without a format from an 6600GT - so this could be another problem) Cats 6.1
Also running 2 X 80gb hdds
2 optical drives
3 fans + Wireless card
430W antec trupower (Is that enough??)
Win Xp Sp1

I know i need to start from stratch but i hope theres no hardware problem at least.

You could try uninstalling the cats, then use driver cleaner and then reinstall the cats. Might be some conflicts from the old 6600 drivers

try the games with the memory at stock timings

Well i did use driver cleaner, before installing the ATI gfx,
the memory is at stock settings i think
