PC restarting when gaming

I'm having an issue where my rig just restarts when I'm in a game the colours all fade to black leaving some small amount of pixels before the system restarts its not an instant restart as much as a slow fade to restart.

I cannot work out what the issue is my rig is watercooled and I have updated drivers and bios but its still happening

My specs are

Ryzen 5800x
Rtx3080 FE
16gb gskill trident z neo
Adata 850w psu
Asus b550i strix motherboard
Wd black sn850 1tb

Have you looked at Windows 'event viewer' as this may have warnings or error codes that may be able to help?
