PC Restarts after hitting Shutdown (W10)

Weird one, hoping some of you here can shed some light on it.

Reluctantly upgraded from W7 to W10 and it’s been relatively smooth apart from this one inconvenience – whenever I try to Shut down, two thirds of the time my machine will just reboot? Anyone else experienced this? One thing I have noticed is when I use the Shut down on the login screen, it does shut down..

Any ideas?
