Ok, so this isn't my pc but my sisters she has an old dell pc running a 32 bit version of xp sp2, now the issue is she has lost her stupid disk and as usual I have to keep trying to clear the mess up she makes... either way this time I have to turn to someone else as I am lost and confused as to why this is occuring. She claims she hasn't changed anything, yet when the pc boots up past the screen and to the windows is loading it blacks out then restarts... any clue what this could be guys/gals?
