PC restarts when gaming

At breaking point here, games keep crashing on me, otherwise my PC runs fine, can be a couple of minutes in to a game but eventually it crashes and the system reboots.

Specs are....

Ryzen 9 5900X
RTX 3070ti
Asus ROG strix B550-e Gaming mobo
Corsair Vengeance RGB Black PRO 32GB 3200MHz
Corsair RM750x PSU
Corsair H100i Elite Capellix AIO.

Temps on the CPU seem fine, never go over 80c
Graphics card draws about 300w max, doesn't overheat.
Have tried turning PBO off.
Have updated Bios, Chipset drivers.
Have done a clean install of Graphics driver using DDU and tried older drivers.
Have ran memtest and let it run for 4 passes, all ok
Separate power cables used for GPU

Still the same result....any ideas?

Can't help thinking it's a PSU issue, although 750watts should be good for my setup it just feels like there might be power draw spikes during gaming that's causing the restarts. Got a new 1000w PSU being delivered on Saturday, might seem a bit crazy coughing up the money without checking other things but I would be using the old PSU for a build I'm putting together for my son, so no great loss if it turns out the PSU is not the issue.

On your board do you have any led readouts when the restarts happens, any red or yellow led's that happen to light up, in regard to the restarts, does the pc just boot back up or does your pc shutdown and you have to turn it back on?

i have a friend that has a similar setup to you but with a 10700k instead, he's on a similar 750w psu and has no problems, even able to overclock his gpu a bit.

which games in particular are you getting issues in?
I have a Q code display on my motherboard, will need to try and see of it changes to anything when the restart happens , bit difficult as the PC is under my desk.

When it happens the PC reboots as normal, its like the reset button has been pressed, only difference is that whatever game I'm playing the screen goes black for a few seconds where you can still make out shapes of the game you were playing....if that makes sense, then reboots as normal.

Happens with multiple games, High on Life, COD MW2, Fortnite to name just a few

Even though I ran Ramtest could this issue be a Ram timing issue? I'm using Corsair Vengeance RGB Black pro 3200mhz, 4 x 8gb sticks, the motherboard website doesn't have these listed as compatible but the Pangoly site does....have yet to try it with XMP off, take it if it worked at stock then the issue could be with the memory timings?

Looks like the new PSU resolved my issue, played a few games for a couple of hours with no issue. Don't know what the problem is with my other PSU which is only about 2 years old, when I was playing the games today I had MSI afterburner running and was keeping an eye on the wattage and temps of the CPU and GPU...CPU seemed to stay below 100 watts most of the time, few times it went up just over 100w, GPU ran just below 300w most of the time, temps stayed nice and low on both....my 750w PSU should have handled that no probs.

Still a surprise with a 2 yr old psu? I'm waiting for that day ... 10th year on a 4 rail Antec... fingers crossed lol.
Yeah I don't think there is any physical issues with my old PSU, 2 years old is still fairly new to me....think it's more to do with my set up, bought this PSU for the 3700x build I had which also included a RTX 2070 Super...since then I've done a fair bit of upgrading and think I was just pushing the PSU to it's limits and must be quite sensitive when it gets to those limits...all sorted now
