Right click my computer on the start menu, properties. If your running Windows 7 on the left click on Advanced System Settings, View the Startup and Recovery Settings and make sure that Automatically Restart is unchecked.
Ok just ordered the PSU, fingers crossed it rules out my power supply!
I have disabled Automatic Restart but when this problem occurs it doesn't show the BSOD it just goes straight to BIOS bootup.
Lets see how things go Friday, I will update then.
Thanks but I am planning (sometime in the future) to add another nVidia 460 in SLI configuration. 750w is future proofing my rig if I want to do the above addition.
The countdown to the delivery of my new PSU starts now, it should arrive sometime today. In other news my PC crashed out whilst updating iTunes! It seems to be doing this to annoy me (maybe it's become sentient and it knows how to push my buttons!).
Anyhoo I will update again when the PSU is installed.
