PC Restarts

Ok, so i built myself a pc around 2 months ago or something. but wenever i play games i can be playing randomly from 20 min to 2 hours and the pc will just randomly restart. not that much of a problem as im back in windows within 20 seconds. i have changed the RAM, but im only using 1 512mb stick so was gunna get a 1gb. i have changed the graphics card aswell. and it still is happening. ive even tried it on 2 different hard drives but it corrupted windows which i had just activated so cba'ed to re install.

is there anything else i can do to sort this out?

Checkthe temperatures of the CPU, random restarts are often a case because of this...also, list your rig to give us a better indication of what you are using and we may be able to help you better...

Also depending on what games you are playing it could be your RAM...

ok sorry for being so vague.
PC Temps are at MB is 31 CPU is 29 degrees but the gpu was 48-51.
i mainly play WoW but i got CnC3 but it was restarting in basically every mission.

its a:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2.00GHz (Socket AM2)
GeIL 512MB PC6400C5
BFG GeForce 7600 GT OC 256MB - But thats now XFX 8600GT XXX Edition
Asus M2N4-SLI (Socket AM2)
OCZ ModStream 520w ATX2.2 Power Supply
