Yea seems to be that way...may shop for a new PSU at teh end of the month for a better quality one.
 
i recommend getting a corsair 650 or 750 depending on your getup.. 750 would be good for upgrading in the future ... even if it is either getting a better gpu or gpu in sli. also good for upgrading the inards of the mobo, cpu and ram
