so my system is

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz
Asus Maximus VII Ranger Intel Z97
AMD Gamer 8GB
MSI Radeon R9 290X Gaming Edition 8192MB
Crucial ssd 256.06 GB
Corsair Force 3 SSD

ill start from the beginning...My powercolor R9 290 was RMA also I changed PSU to a 650W Antec edge while I was waiting for my GPU to be fixed I was using my onboard graphics and everything was fine. My GPU could not be fixed so I was refunded and brought the MSI. So I installed this and as soon as I tried to play BF4 systm would power down and if I was playing WOW it would power down after a while. So after speaking to a few people on here it was suggested that it could be a faulty PSU so I sent that back and brought a EVGA 1000g2. Was playing BF4 last night and after about an hour, it shut down again and then about 15 mins after that.
This morning, I thought Id try some bench tests and used Catzilla and got the shut down so i'm not sure what it can be. Any ideas??? Cheers

You probably have done this but I'll ask anyway. Have you been looking at your temperatures whilst you play the games or run catzilla? It could be that something is getting to hot and your pc is shutting off as a fail safe to stop anything frying?

Check the CPU temp and gfx card temp.

Is the BIOS safety setting lower than what you reach.

i forgot to mention that the event viewer was showing event id 41 kernel power

my cpu was max temp of 59
not sure on the gpu what is a good program to check it

I use Afterburner to overclock and monitor temps on my GPU. You can set it to monitor temps while gaming.
