Hi there i am wondering if anyone can shed any light on a problem im having,
Basically my pc keeps closing down, not completely gone but i have to push start button to get everything back up.
I have just recently got new cpu/mobo/ram and ssd with fresh windows install.
Is it possible that my gpu a 7850 is doing it? it happened before, possible when i got gpu and what the hell can i do to stop it?

Thanks in advance for any help, its driving me mad.

Sounds like the above if all the programs etc. you were running are still there when you press the power button. Change to the High Performance power plan in the Control Panel and switch off all sleep options.

High performance mode on and all sleep ans standby modes to never and its still happening.
Taking ages to write these msgs with it

Wanting to try out my new setup

After spending the last few hours switching off hibernate and sleep in everything I could find a guide on and changing my keyboard incase it was a hot key issue.
Touch wood it seems to be fine, not sure what helped but don't care as long as it is.

What a upgrade from q6600, 4870 and hdd, very happy man right now.

Thanks for the replies guys :p
