PC speakers on Xbox One X

Hi

I have a PC with external speakers, they are plugged into my soundcard.
Is it possible to use these speakers with my xbox one because i recently bought a 4k monitor so im changing to a one monitor set up so will have my xbox and PC plugged into the back

I don't think Xbox has analog output (3.5mm jack) for connecting to your PC speakers; what you'd need a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) with with optical input and analog output (3.5mm jack), as well as an optical cable for connecting the Xbox One X's S/PDIF port to the DAC.

If you just go on the "rainforest", and search DAC and you should be able to find a cheapo DAC unit with optical cable include for about a tenner.
